UNITED NATIONS Countries should choose whether or not they assist North Korea or those people opposed to its nuclear and missile courses, U.S. Ambassador the United Nations Nikki Haley reported on Tuesday, vowing to “simply call out” states backing Pyongyang.
Speaking ahead of an unexpected emergency meeting of the U.N. Stability Council following North Korea’s most up-to-date missile test at the weekend, Haley reported she considered the United States and other individuals would agree with North Korea’s neighbor and ally China on how to respond to the launch.
