PARIS Centrist prospect Emmanuel Macron is predicted to gain France’s presidential election, according to an Ipsos Sopra Steria poll released on Tuesday – the most up-to-date of a lot of surveys demonstrating the 39-calendar year-old Macron as frontrunner.
