MOSCOW The Kremlin explained on Monday it had no prior knowledge of a Ukrainian lawmaker’s peace prepare for his nation, which was in depth in the New York Moments newspaper, and called it absurd anyway.
The U.S. newspaper described that Andrii Artemenko, a Ukrainian lawmaker, had despatched a proposal to associates of U.S. President Donald Trump that was developed to close a simmering conflict in eastern Ukraine amongst professional-Russian separatists and governing administration forces.
