SIDON, Lebanon A member of the Palestinian Fatah faction was killed in factional clashes at the Ain el-Hilweh refugee camp in southern Lebanon on Sunday, a Fatah official claimed, as combating that has killed at minimum 4 individuals, raged for a third day.
At minimum 4 individuals have been killed and dozens much more individuals wounded in the most up-to-date spherical of combating, pitching Fatah and other Palestinian teams from difficult line Sunni Islamists recognized as the Badr team.
Fatah is led by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
Clashes have erupted intermittently in latest months in Ain al-Hilweh. The most up-to-date spherical commenced on Friday when a joint protection force grouping the main Palestinian factions satisfied resistance from Badr fighters as it tried using to deploy in the camp.
Mortar bombs have been fired in the most latest clashes, some of the most ferocious amongst the sides to day.
