OTTAWA David Vigneault, an advisor on security issues to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s cupboard, will consider in excess of as head of Canada’s spy agency subsequent month pursuing the existing director’s earlier introduced retirement, the federal government stated on Thursday.
